In this circle of rhythm, sound and movement, we explore the place where voice, percussion and spirit come together. By connecting with the inherent sound of our bodies and cultivating expression in a joyful, held space, we weave ourselves back into the fabric of life. ABOUT PORANGUÍ Poranguí is a World-Soul artist, live-looping musician whose intercultural roots and study of ethnomusicology at Duke University have shaped his distinctive sound. Raised in Brazil, Mexico and the USA, he has worked for over twenty-five years as an artist, musician, healer and teacher. In his work, he combines sound and movement in a profound way and opens spaces for individual and collective transformation.
